In the morning between 8:00 and 9:30 a.m. we serve our guests a hearty breakfast. Enjoy various coffee and tea specialties, our homemade jams, local honey, fresh fruit, muesli and yogurt, as well as freshly baked goods from the Moosbach oven. Once you're well-fortified, you can then set off on discovery and hiking tours in the beautiful surroundings of Nordrach and the Black Forest.

Dinner - table d'hotes menu

We begin the evening at 6.30 p.m. with a complementary aperitif with all guests participating in the meal in our new cozy Moosbach Lounge, or if the weather permits, on the balcony or our terrace.

From around 7 p.m. we serve our guests a uniform 4-course surprise menu at the culinary table. The menu changes daily and is determined by seasonal and fresh ingredients.

Moosbach spring water and a table wine are available to accompany the menu at your discretion. You are also welcome to choose fine wines and other drinks from our selection of drinks, which are not included in the price.
